Guided Wellness Program

Loving Yourself WELL is a guided 6 week wellness coaching program for any mom in any stage of motherhood. It is never too early or too late to take care of yourself. Each week you will be led through a different focus point to break apart who you think you are and what you think you need, so that you can truly get to know who you are and what kind of life you want to live!

There’s a lot to unpack in 6 weeks. It won’t always be easy, but it’s incredibly worth it.

You do the work, but I will fully guide and support you through the process. During the 6 weeks you will have the opportunity to participate in coaching chats and group sessions. plus get your own individual feedback along the way. You will also be able to join a community of women and mothers on the same journey with you.


Community is the basis of humanity. As mothers who often try to do it all ourselves, a good, solid community has the ability to bring us out of survival mode and back into our beautiful, thriving selves. We can’t do it all. We weren’t meant to do it all. We all have unique strengths that help to fill in the gaps of each other’s weaknesses.

Hey there – I’m Coach Mary Alice!

I have a heart for supporting and loving on mothers. I want every single woman I meet to know her own worth, and I feel called to help mothers navigate that process. I am a mother myself and I have been on my own journey to wellness for several years. I have had to re-learn, re-direct and re-imagine what my own life looks like as a mom and as a woman. I’ve shed years of self-neglect, self-hate and self-sacrifice and traded it in for a life full of everything I love, including myself.
